The website presents equestrian programs including, but not limited to, riding lessons, group lessons, clinics, demonstrations, seminars, and horseback journeys or riding tours. Program descriptions and details are provided on the website.

 

All programs must be booked via email.

 

2. Pricing and Payment

 

Prices may vary depending on the location and the specific nature of the program.

 

Payments may be made either in cash or by bank transfer.

 

For horseback journeys and riding tours, a deposit is required in order to secure the reservation. The booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

 

Billing details are requested at the time of booking, and an invoice will be issued accordingly.

 

3. Cancellations

 

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of program:

 

- Private riding lessons may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

- Group riding lessons and demonstrations may be cancelled up to 7 days before the event.

- Horseback journeys and riding tours may be cancelled at any time; however, the deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

 

If a program is cancelled by the organizer or the program provider for any reason, including but not limited to safety or organizational reasons, the full amount paid, including the deposit, will be refunded.

 

4. Program Changes

 

The organizer reserves the right to modify programs when necessary. Program changes may occur due to weather conditions, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Participation Requirements

 

Required riding skill levels may vary depending on the specific program.

 

There is no fixed age requirement; however, participants must ensure that their physical and medical condition is suitable for the activity they wish to attend. Participants are responsible for assessing whether they have any medical condition or limitation that could affect their safe participation in the program.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All photographs, videos, and other content published on this website are the intellectual property of the organizer unless otherwise stated. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is permitted only with prior written permission.

 

7. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary.
