Participation in equestrian activities – including but not limited to riding lessons, clinics, seminars, training sessions, horseback journeys, and riding tours – involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, the unpredictable behavior of horses, the possibility of falls, collisions, or other accidents that may result in injury, property damage, or, in rare cases, serious harm.

By registering for, booking, or participating in any program, event, lesson, seminar, clinic, or equestrian travel organized or offered through this website, the participant expressly acknowledges and accepts these inherent risks.

Each participant is solely responsible for assessing their own riding ability, level of experience, physical fitness, and overall suitability for the specific activity they choose to attend. Participants must ensure that their level of riding skill and experience is appropriate for the demands of the program. The organizer does not assume responsibility for determining a participant’s riding competence or suitability.

Participation in any activity is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk and responsibility.

By registering for any program or event, the participant confirms that they maintain valid and adequate insurance coverage appropriate to the nature of the activity. This may include, where applicable, personal accident insurance, health insurance, and/or travel insurance that covers participation in equestrian activities.

By completing the registration process, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer and agree to participate under these conditions.
